Who we are
The EOES Clima Net GR-CY was established by Greek and Cypriot OTAs of the first degree who have prepared and approved a climate neutrality pact. Founding members are the Municipalities of Athens, Thessaloniki, Ioannina, Kalamata, Kozani, Trikala and Limassol.
Our Vision
Accelerating the transition of cities to climate neutrality and digital transformation by 2030, according to the European Mission for the “100 Climate Neutral and Smart Cities”.

Our goal is to accelerate the transition of cities to climate neutrality and their digital transformation by 2030. Smart Cities", with a vision for all European cities to follow our example.
Urban Durability & Shielding
We develop uniform standards and implementing policies to address the effects of the climate crisis. We aim for strong urban shielding against the dangers of extreme natural phenomena (heats, floods, forest and urban fires), protecting both the urban fabric and the peri-urban environment.
Multi-level governance & cooperation
The transition requires collective effort. Through broad corporate and participatory processes, we seek to activate the public, private, academic and social sectors. We are joining forces to promote green investments and new policies under the local climate neutrality pacts.
